2023 Urban Leadership Experience

Urban Leadership Experience, for students who have completed 6th grade - 11th grade, introduces participants to the components of being a strong, effective leader in their community and amongst peers while exploring local resources and opportunities. Participants engage in team building activities, field trips in and around Gallatin and Nashville, career assessment and planning, time and money management, and volunteerism. 

Week 1 July 10 - 14,  Middle School, completed 6th grade - completed 8th grade

Week 2 July 17 - 21, High School, completed 9th grade - completed 11th grade 

Applicants will be asked to provide a letter of recommendation from a teacher, counselor, principal, or mentor (must NOT be a family member), and participate in a short interview.
